Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed (DVD9 to 6xCD/DVD5) - KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) Installer

Special thanks go to the FileForums' repacking veterans here (you know who you are) - oh, and pakrat2k2 for providing the registry entries for the game.

Inno Setup Script template is based on pakrat2k2's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 layout, with modifications included from the Ridge Racer Unbounded script.

Current Script Version: Base Version.

Repacking Requirements:

- Inno Setup or InnoIDE (defunct) or Inno Script Studio - to compile the repack
- Post-Installation Files for the Game - i.e.: the game files you have after you have installed the game, whether you have installed it via Steam or via disc.

Repacking Instructions:

1. Download the "Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed (DVD9 to 6xCD/DVD5).7z" archive and extract its contents.

2. Locate all of your Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformedpost-installation files, and note down the installation path that you have used to install the game in - e.g. if the game is installed in "C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed\", then simply note that down.

3. After you have done that, look for the following section in the Inno Setup script at the top of the page, and replace the path that is currently in the script as shown in Fig. 1 with the one you have noted down from Step 1, as shown in Fig. 2:

4. Compile the repack now, and you should have seven files, which are:

- Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.exe: 1.19MB
- Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed-1.bin: 698MB
- Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed-2.bin: 700MB
- Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed-3.bin: 700MB
- Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed-4.bin: 700MB
- Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed-5.bin: 700MB
- Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed-6.bin: 61.5MB

Please note that the filesizes will vary slightly, depending on what files the end-user has, such as additional game updates, and what main executable he or she has, as a DRM-bypassed version of the main executable is usually significantly larger than a retail/original executable file.

This repack has been tested on the game that has been updated to 1.06, complete with DLC that has been locked in the game files, in which the gamer needs to purchase it if he or she wants the DLC.
