question about making a back up of a svcd disk

recently my co worker made me this disk its a svcd i wanna make a back up of it because its a pretty kool disk it has lyrics plus the music and all its the beatles all the music files are wav files which is weard because theres 21 of them and wav files are big thats why we got mp3 i wanna make a backup of this svcd i have tried everything is there anyprogram to decode or reburn this svcd note i dont have the files on my pc only on the disk

Perhaps you could just do a direct copy, if not you could just rip an image of the disk then make your back-up from that.
