Unpack And Pack Game Files

In too many games we can see packed files with the new extensions .usm .big .rpf ... if they don't do this game sizes gets bigger and loading times gets slow.
And compressing already compressed files is really hard and powerless so i want extract and pack them again.
There are too many game pack files extractor but they can't pack them again and they aren't compatible with all games:

But i found quickbms that can extract and pack them.it compatible with too many games we can create new scripts to new game packs so it can work all of them.I compressed a game with reflate+srep64+delta+exe2+nz the size gets 1.5 gb to 778mb.But i extract these packed files and tried to compress lossless and pack them again size become 325mb.But extraction time gets bigger because it extract them then pack them with script but ratio is good

BTW, if we do so then the files md5 doesn't match from previous ones, I heard that we can use xdelta patcher for making it md5 perfect, is anyone can tell me is I am telling right and how to do that?
