How would I start making a video game company?

I have the company name planned out. The company's name is "Wreckage Games." How would I find coders, game programmers, writers, graphic designers, ect.? I'm only 13. I don't really mean like a video game company like Epic Games, but like making video games as a hobby to plan me for the real world of the game industry.
