To start dictating your terms or some claims you need to buy something or sign a contract or some kind of agreement. But we are not in a store, so use everything as it is.

Samurai Installer
Samurai
(design taken from somewhere on the Internet). Another example of an installer. What do we have? 1. Quick installation 2. More detailed settings 3. Creating an icon on the desktop 4. Checking for free space (It is impossible to continue the installation) 5. Checking for the presence of the main archives for unpacking (If there is not at least one "data*.bin" archive nearby, it is impossible to continue the installation) 6. There is animation 7. No unnecessary and empty information about the files that are copied, what is the weather in Alaska now, how much the processor is loaded, the bitcoin rate (Agree that the average user does not care about the flickering of the name of some files in the list and how much of something was copied there) 8. Custom uninstaller 9. If you want to add the launch of the necessary software, then simply add it to the appropriate section of the .ini file (the user does not need to check the boxes, if there are no executable software files, then there will be no error) 10. The same with the selection of components, just add them to the appropriate section of the .ini file (the user does not need to check the boxes, if there are no archives with components, then there will be no error) So, let's sum it up. The user decides for himself whether to download additional components or not. Last edited by audiofeel; Yesterday at 05:02. Reason: fixed minor bugs. |

Kimono Installer
Kimono
(design taken from somewhere on the Internet). Another example of the installer. What do we have? 1. Automatic change of the installer theme (In real time) in accordance with the Windows theme 1. Quick installation 2. More detailed settings 3. Creating an icon on the Desktop and in the Start menu 4. Checking for free space (Unable to continue installation) 5. Checking for the presence of basic archives for unpacking (If there is not at least one "data*.bin" archive nearby, it is impossible to continue the installation) 6. There is animation 7. If you want to add the launch of the necessary software, then simply add it to the corresponding section of the .ini file (As many as you like, but limited) 8. The same with the selection of components, just add them to the corresponding section of the .ini file (As many as you like, but limited) Last edited by audiofeel; Yesterday at 05:08. The index has been updated
The index has been updated. With the FMXInno package, there're a few examples featuring FMXInno.dll. However, it can sometimes be challenging for the community to create their own installers based solely on these limited examples. Fortunately, members of the FMXInno community have been kind enough to share their hard work in this post, which has been a great help to everyone. I’m truly grateful and want to thank everyone who has contributed to the FMXInno project and helped showcase its capabilities. Cheers! |
