UNIQUE Black and White problem with no-cd patch!

Got a problem with the Black and White no-cd patch that I have not been able to find an answer to in the forums.

I install the game and it works fine with the cd. I then copy the audio files to my hard drive in order to have audio. I then install the US/UK runblack.exe to remove the cd #####.

The game will run fine through the initial movies and intro but when it gets to the first rendered cinematics it goes very slowly and stutters badly. The entire game is like this. It makes the game unplayable.

Any ideas or help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
