Problem with Record Now Max ver 4.5

I have a Sony DRU500ulx, Record Now Max ver 4.5, Win XP and use Ritek4x media. I just got this version of RNM and copied about 10 games w/ no problem. All of a sudden, it can't read the blank media. I keep getting error message "Insert blank media". I tried about 5 different discs (all Ritek 4x) and same problem. I used to get this problem with an older version of RNM but ever since I got the new version about 20 days ago. I haven't had a problem until now. I tried restarting, unistalling and reinstalling my drive too. Any suggestions?

This sounds more like a drive problem not a RecordNow Max problem. Have you considered that?


Maybe try updating your firmware would help.

That did the trick...thank you much. There's an update for all Sony DRU's to be able to read and write 4x with Record Now. Thanks again
