ww2 frontline command nocd hack

I'm new to the nocd hacks and I am onluy using them when my dvdrom refuses to read a disc. So to play a game I have to copy it over and hope I can get a cd hack to work. I downloaded the hack off the site here tried to replace the files but nothing happend. Has anyone had problems with the frontline hack? How did you replace the files?

TIA,

Deak

When you say copy the files over, I assume you still install the game even tho its already on the hard drive.

Replacing a file means you have to find the original file with the same name and swap (rename the orig) it out for the crack.

Yeah thats what I have done. And for the other times I have had to hack the file name on the hack had a better filename and how to replace it. With this particular hack, you have to replace two different files with this hack and I know I am doingf something wrong just seeing if anyone else had problems with this particular hack.

GLH is on a distinguished road
I think you mean the CRACK (not Hack) where you have the copy the LAUNCH.EXE & ZRDX8.DLL to the BIN-subdir in your install-dir.
Additional to this i have copy the WW2.EXE from the other available crack to the BIN-subdir and it works very fine !!!

(the cracks are for the english version, but it works fine for my german version!!!)
