I think the problem is the application converter.exe or freearc
I also received this error on win8.1 64bit. and I have 8g of ram
tried to use it

Thank you! But all games convert by run with Compress.bat I got same error. I don't know why!!!

Yes, only work with some games complie by Inno Setup

Works perfectly,on win7x64
DVD1=4,01 Gb with "_CommonRedist"
DVD2=4,21 Gb
DVD3=3,96 Gb
Convertion time=may be 2 hours (I don't know exactly)
Installation time=22 minutes.

DVD2 : 4,19gb
DVD3 : 3,95gb

but in dvd1 i can't see setup.exe ..

when you download it you diden't find ( setup.exe )
because i redownload it and found ( setup.exe )

sied downloaded the wrong files. Ive removed your incomplete set from your post on page 2 ( to prevent others from downloading incomplete archive ) That attatchment didn't have the EXE in DVD 1.
