creating installer + ultra Arc for any games 0 to 100

Hi I really want to try my best to be able to create a setup for any games and splitting them to dvd5s i searched forum but i couldn't find something suitable that explain the process from 0 to 100 so i created this post to learn that please teach me i think this thread is really needed for everyone in this furom ...Thanks in advance

Use CIUV3 from its topic to create any game & use the wiki for understanding what the sections in setup.ini mean.
