Program to read iso images...

Evening all.
I've heard there's a program that can look at an iso image and display it in it's origonal format. eg: Lets say I had an iso image of a program that I wanted to run without actually burning it to a disk with Nero and then running it from the disc. Much like you can do with WinZip, etc.
Does anyone know of this program or weather it actually exists?

Use WINISO or just mount it on demond tools
