Red Dragon browser game
The section may be inappropriate, then please moderation to move the thread. As a child, I played the browser game Red Dragon - it worked in a similar way to Ogame.
Is there a similar game or files that allow you to me this game?

If I understand it correctly, it runs on a server and you're accessing it from your browser as a client. But the server is down and there's no replacement for it.
