creat a new freearc base compressor (stelarc)

[luxuse]

Stelarc is a Rust-based project.

It uses FreeArc for compression.
and all the basic tool for compression




Currently, Stelarc supports:

-srep new

-precomp048

-lolz

-xtool

-razorx (MTX)

-LZMA

- zstd..

you can use every inno setup just put all the include file for decompression

not if windows defender put sharky.exe in quarantine is because off UPX,
There is Eloslicer for cuting your game in part and voila.

it's a small project but yea its fun
