Okay, I have no problems duplicating the first disk of Mafia using Daemon and Clone. I am enabling the safedisk emulator and following all the instructions. What I am wondering is how I am supposed to duplicate the second and third disk using the fastdump option. The directions say to start game for the emulator to do its business with the safedisk v2, but I have to have disk one in the cdrom. Since all three disks have safedisk on them, I am at an impasse. There is no way for Daemon to emulate the safedisk on the second and third disks. I tried to just burn the second and third using the same emulation as the first, but when I tried to install, the process got hung up on the second disk. Additionally, when reading the third disk, there were what seemed to be two different unreadable sectors. I'm stumped. I admit that I am quite new to this process, but I am following the directions. I have a plextor px-w4012a and am using clone v4101 and Daemon 3.23. Here is the log from the third disk of Mafia using Clone. As you can see, there is the unreadable sectors from 800 to just over 10000. But that isn't all; there is another unreadable sector at the 120,000 point. I thought that I read somewhere in the FAQ that it is normal to have another unreadable sector at the end of the disk...or maybe not. Anyway, I would appreciate the help! Thanks.

P.S. I had to cut out most of the first unreadable sector in the following clone log because this post was too long.

All three cds are in mint condition. I have installed the originals and they work fine.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought I don't need Daemon or other stuff for Safedisc?!

I am always able to make working backups of Safedisc protected CDs simply just with CloneCD - am I just lucky??

no you havent just been lucky as i use clone and havent come across 1 game i cant copy..haveing said that i own mafia (original) and used clone to copy all 3 disks perfectly...however when i come to install mafia from coppied disks the install allways gets stuck on disk 2 in the same place???? this is the only back-up game i have probs wiv...if any1 has coppied mafia and installed perfectly with out getting stuck plz help
