excuse me everything.
I would like to inquire about this creator installer. when I run the program for some reason the program to blink like blinking lights. whether the settings are wrong or the other?
as this is the first time I run:

Any tutorial for a n00b on managing the size of the installer itself? Whenever I build an installer with the 2.8 version, it takes up about 50 Megabytes or more. I tried the version 2.7 Beta 3 and I end up at being 30 MB yet I see folks in this forum posting conversion with much better sizes.

What's the meaning of ''size of the installer itself''? You mean your Setup.exe to big or to small or what?

Yes, I meant the size of the setup.exe being larger than expected.

Could come if your Background Music is too large. Use 3 or a maximum 20 min. as MP3. Than your Setup.exe should not be larger than 10-50 MB. Also the number of Slides (Pics for Slideshow) get the Setup.exe larger. Maximum should be 50 Pics. Also you should not use multible Images for Autorun and Installer Page, use only one Pic for the Pages.
Last Conversion with IC, from me, was Sniper Elite 3, Setup.exe here was near to 40 MB.

I forgot to mention that even without any images, music, or button defined, just building a setup as it is makes the file size 30 MB with the 2.7 Beta 3, and 50 MB with the 2.8 Conversion Designer. (Autorun Included)

hmm, I haven't changed anything with compression between v2.7 and v2.8, just check internal compression, it may be none, just set it to max or ultra to satisfy your needs.

The 2.9 version is under development yet? Will add language Portuguese-Brazilian to it?

I need so much for this.

check post 1221, and make any chages if necessary, for your language, then upload file so it can be added. Do some work if you want extras added.
