It's not possible!
There is no InfoBefore page in the CIU, only exist LicensePage in CIU.

I do not think it would be so complicated.
The problem is the translations of the labels.
But I think only Title Label and Memo are needed, so maybe it's possible to use the native label title of inno setup.
Wait a bit, maybe in the beta I already include this page.

As you suggest the uninstallation folder.

I added it as a subfolder inside the {app}
I added a new key in the [InstallOptions] section called UninstallFolder=
The Uninstall folder will be created inside the installation folder with the uninstall files.
Can be used this way: UninstallFolder=Uninstall

Is it okay or did you need to redirect the uninstall folder to a directory other than {app}?
