hey i am using this compression method for archives:- -mprecomp+srep64+delta+lzma64:a1:mfbt4:d158m:fb273: mc1000:lc8
and i am getting this error in setup:-

An error occurred while unpacking: Unable to read data!
Unarc.dll returned an error code: -6
ERROR: can't open file setup-1.bin

i had the same problem. but now it is fixed.
U need freearc0.067 to compress this file again. before start replace this arc.ini >>>> http://www.datafilehost.com/d/a3e6133d file into bin folder. I assure that no error occur in installing.

I am learning from blackbox
first compress the game with Compressor v1.2.0 (Data-1.bin)
later then do the setup with blackbox,,,
okay I get do...
but I am not having good results with the compressor....

Method = -msrep+delta+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d158m:fb273:mc1000:lc8
Precomp Version = 0.42

what is the best compressor for this?

Change the archieve name to "{src}/setup-1.bin"
I too had this problem but by using above name it is solved

Might be different arc.exe file used.

the setup stops responding(for me) if the file is compressed using freearc's default settings

Change the unarc.dll file with 296kb unarc.dll file
Right now i dont have the file. Will post by razor or logrim
