If you are using external compression(winrar, 7zip or freearc).
You must set that under [Archive].
Make sure that the file that you have added under Archive section does exist and the fact that it is the correct archive type.
Like for instance, you have Setup-1.bin then you must set {src}\setup-1.bin as source.

If you are using internal compression then set Files under Setup section

if you are using both then do both.

Can you see the part that says, Publish by Ubisoft?

Then look at the part that says Installation Finalization, it shows that the original script doesn't have any of the errors but the modified one does.

It is showing invalid password. i put same password as in the arc. screens below
