Appears, FEAR 1.02 patch breaks all the existing ways of playing with your backup disc, tried anti-blaxx, SR7.Stop, and the FEAR minidisc.
A-Ray says it's SecuROM 7.00.00.0149 still Joy  , I guess I can take solace in that I already beat it

Pirates can reinstall and use the 1.0 crack. Unforteanutley, some are too stupid to do even that, so they will just come here to whine about when the next crack is coming out.
