did you turn off your AV / FW software before installing the game ? Thats usually what interfers with the install of any game/app. Turn them both off & try installing again.

is the FirewallInstallHelper.dll located in dvd2 root?

If yes,try removing old installation's settings of other software (games,applications...) no longer installed that use MSI installer engine with Windows Installer Clean Up

I followed peterf instructions and had the same error (\Disk4 folder) so I searched the web and found another conversion that worked for me (WinXP64)

DVD9 -> 2xDVD5

1) Create 2 folders: \BATMAN1 & \BATMAN2.
2) Copy to BATMAN1 all files/folders EXCEPT data4.cab and data5.cab.
3) Copy to BATMAN2 all files/folders EXCEPT data2.cab and data3.cab.
4) Delete gfwlivesetup.exe from \BATMAN1.
5) Edit autorun.inf from \BATMAN2 with:

[autorun]
open=0
icon=autorun.exe,0

6) Make ISOs or Burn with BATMAN1 and BATMAN2.
7) Instalation sequence is DVD1, DVD2, DVD1.

Note: Installation doesn't ask for DVD1 after DVD2 it gives a "Wrong Disk" error, when this happens insert DVD1 and click Retry to finish installation.

finally, thanks for peterf 1999. My problems solved. it seems the trouble will occure if you dont make it as an ISO or DVD. I'll try to install the game directly from folder and i got that error. But after i make an iso it's no problem. Please update your tutorial peterf1999 so there no people having this problem. Thanks

everyone should know, there is no need to repeat that all conversions should be tested in a virtual drive or from physical DVD

The only bad thing with modification from "peterf1999" is:
1) no autorun menu
2) instructions are little too complicated
3) i've unpacked "BATMANAA_2xDVD5.7z" to folder "temp\BATMANAA_1" *BEFORE* i've started "repack.bat" and i hade errors at the end, lol (DVD4 folder, missing files etc.). it doesnt have logic to me why do i need unpack "BATMANAA_2xDVD5.7z" only when "repack.bat" say it, but OK, 2nd time i've done in this way and now works OK.

Btw, i've forget to done this:
"Remove from 'setup.ini' in 'temp\BATMANAA_1\INT\' the line:

CmdLine=-l0x0009"

What does this do? Instalation works perfect without this step ). I'll modify this and try again just to see if there is some difference.

I've try "DuroNaQueda" modification and this also work perfect.

1) you have autorun menu
2) its simple
3) after DVD2 it asks for DVD4 (wich is DVD1). that could confuse some of my friends, but other than that everything is perfect.

EDIT: ive tryed to delete "CmdLine=-l0x0009" from SETUP.INI, repacked ISO image and installation is the same.

system language of your windows?

if you have Windows in English, the game will be in English, only by editing game's ini file it can be in Spanish

1) Create two temp folders on your harddrive.
one folder: BATMANAA_1. This will be the Name (Label) of our DVD 1.
Name the second folder: BATMANAA_2. This will be the name (Label) of our DVD 2.

2) Copy all files from your disc to 'BATMANAA_1'.

3) Download the following files and copy contents to 'BATMANAA_1':
Batman_repack.7z
BATMANAA_2xDVD5.7z

4) Launch repack.bat in 'BATMANAA_1', follow the instructions and wait.

5) Open 'BATMANAA_1\INT\setup.ini' and delete the line:

CmdLine=-l0x0009

6) Open autorun.inf in 'BATMANAA_1' and edit like below:

[autorun]
open=setup.exe
icon=autorun.exe,0

shell\GameSetup = Game Setup...
shell\GameSetup\command = autorun.exe

7) Create an autorun.inf in 'BATMANAA_2', open it with your Notepad and edit it like below, then save it:

shell\GameSetup\command = autorun.exe

8) Download 'Batman_setup.7z' and extract contents to 'BATMANAA_1'

9) Burn the contents of the temp folder 'BATMANAA_1' with the label: BATMANAA_1

10) Burn the contents of the temp folder 'BATMANAA_2' with the label: BATMANAA_2

NOTE: You will need about 17 GB free disk space for repacking.

The conversion seems somehow buggy on Windows7 (64-bit). The setup cannot find the data3.cab file on the second dvd. If you move the file to the hard disk and tell the setup where the file ist, the installation continues (I've copied the data3.cab from the second dvd to make sure it is not damaged). No idea why the setup cannot load the file from the dvd directly.
