If you followed the steps outlined in the first post & it completed successfully then you can burn the contents of each output folder onto DVD.

To start, it's good just to try different compressions on different files, then you will learn much more about it just from trying it out.

Strange chrome & IE work fine from here....

have you registered for that site before ? If so remove the cookie for it
one long ago my username was blocked for some reason I'd get the same 403 error
but after deleting all cookies the site opened normally.

To make things clear:
1. test with vpn: Steganos, VPN tunnel => 403
2. Chrome, FF & IE with or without VPN = 403
3. Test on several pc & mac at home or at a friend => 403
4. I have never registered on this forum but I would like but => 403
This is the first time I have this problem for a forum and so many difficulties to understand things
