why my DVD1 size 4.62GB after conversion not DVD1: 4.35GB???

Move Soundtrack folder to CODBOII_4 folder before you make the conversion.

Yes, you need UDF for files larger than 4 gigabytes on a DVD.

This only a question click in Yes. UDF is right. If not working use other program to make manually ISO's. Make all ISO's in UDF format.

It's not from missing files from install folder.
I used to have that error too but i can't remember how did i get rid of it

No. I didn't plan the convert to Deluxe Edition. Maybe some file is missing. Check your original files where this file is lost and tell me.

This file is in zone\all\code_pre_gfx.ff and it is included in the conversion. Check again.

Yep, Kojirou try to an solution in google. This is not a problem of the conversion.
