You need to unplug the IDE data cable (you can unplug the power cable, too, if you want). The IDE data cable is a long, 40- or 80-wire, very wide so-called "ribbon" cable, it goes from the motherboard to IDE devices - hard disks and CD/DVD drives - and it usually has three connectors - one for the motherboard and two for two IDE devices; if you can't find it, ask a friend or go to your local computer shop to show those cables to you.
To make your CD/DVD drives disappear, yes, you could move them from IDE to a SCSI or S-ATA controller. But NOT the CD/DVD drives you already have as IDE, SCSI and S-ATA have completely different connectors! As for the rest of your post, sorry, I don't understand it...

You need to hide your IDE CD/DVD drives; either with Starforce Nightmare and other tools (see the FAQ for the list) or by physically disconnecting them. The latter might be the better solution, as Starforce re-activates IDE CD/DVD drives, unless you have motherboard with nForce chipset. Some say Virtual Drive Pro 10 can also hide CD/DVD drives properly.
If your IDE CD/DVD drives are hidden, THEN you can mount a mini/maxi/full image of the game into Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools and play. (Starforce will think that the mounted image is actually the original CD.)
