What i wanted to know is, why there really is such a big noCD even if there is a 5 mb small one...it doesn't make a sense....
one more time: have you seen/used/downloaded this file and does it work cause i think it's a fake

* Warum DVD und nicht wie RETAIL 2CD?:

Das Spiel wurde in Deutschland auf 2 CDs ausgeliefert und durch
Starforce 3.4.76.0 geschuetzt. Dieser Schutz beinhaltete geschuetzte
exe und dll Dateien sowie VM protected DATA files in einer
848.477.896 Bytes grossen resource1.dat die voll gestopft mit daten ist.
Da dieses auch zu gross fuer eine 3 CD Variante war haben wir uns
entschieden eine DVD zu erzeugen was bei 3CDs ja eigentlich auch viel
sinnvoller ist.

* Warum keine 2 CD Variante mit komplett homemade installer?

Um es einfach auszudruecken der Aufwand dieses Spiel zu cracken war
schon groesser als es das Spiel jamls wert sein kann und dann auch noch
viele Stunden Installshield files zu erzeugen ist halt einfach eine
abartige Idee die gleich verworfen wurde.

* Ist DTP verrueckt?

In unseren Augen ja weil es macht absolut keinen Sinn ein Spiel so
zu schuetzen, dass quasi die komplette ingame Performance dafuer
geopfert wird. Ladezeiten mit dieser cracked Version sind um bis
zu 78% schneller als bei der Orginalen. Ich denke das sagt alles
aus was man zu Starforce und DTP zu sagen hat. Ein 30 Euro game mit
Bewertungen unter 70% so zu verpfuschen - na schoenen Dank auch -
und mit diesem Release war das Geld fuer den Schutz so oder so
rausgeworfenes Geld .

* Brauch ich nach der Installation die resource1.dat noch in meinem
Installationsverzeichnis?

Ganz einfach NEIN, da die gecrackte exe aber auch gar nichts mehr
mit Starforce am hut hat . Ihr koennt die resource1.dat und
die protect.dll loeschen, da diese nichts mit dem Spiel zu tun
haben und nur dem Kopierschutz dienten.

That the 800MB Starforce file can be deleted and that the 2MB crack should work but muJi.fiGHt3r doesnt want to share it with us...

2mb crack would not work because the 800mb resource file is also crypted by starforce and an starforce removed exe is not able to decrypt starforce

Did you read the posts? As Alban said the crack doesn't use the 800 mb files which are the files starforce needs to identificate the original CD...
so the 2mb crack works (it did for me)
Still a need to upload it or is it already on GCW...?

why do you think that? it works well with my german "Freedom Force" so can't say anything bad about it...

2)Copy "Lang" folder from install directory to temp folder
3)Uninstall FFVS3R
4)Download FFVS3R VengeancE Edition ( from BitTorrent for example ) , and install.
5)Replace the original "Lang" folder with your copy
6) Play! NOCD it is included in FFVS3R VengeancE Edition or download from GMW.

Recommending the download of a warezed copy of a game (see step 4 in your guide) is not a bright idea on this forum, as warez-related talk is against the forum rules.

Why don't you just use the crack for the EU version?
It so easy so don't make everything so complicated !
