Most if not all remove speed limitation. This one does. Just run the file and it should install.

ok! i ran the flashing app, and now it's region code free. says driveinfo22 anyway...
 and DVD Decrypter seems to be a little bit faster to (4.7x now)... why is the ripping speed changing all the time? now its 5.3x, and it started at 2.7x ... Thnx a lot both of ya!
