Once youve made a backup, is it possible to make a backup of the backup or do you have to use the original again?
(talking safedisc2 here) |

If you made a backup that can be used without a crack, then yes you can make a working copy again, as long as you use a safedisc 2 compatible burner. This does not work for securom new titles.

i get this this message when selecting safedisc 2 in alcohol 120%.
a pop up window saying, "The selected drive is not able to make real 1:1 copies using this data type!" does that mean my drive is to old for safedisc 2? |

Nope, just that it does not do correct EFM encoding. Age has nothing to do with it, there are very old writers that do this correctly, and brand new ones that don't. If you really want to do exact safedisc 2 copying, then you'll need another burner. I would just use cracks or emulation (Daemon Tools/Alcohol120%) instead.
