That is normal. All but one of them should have (#) at the end of the file name. You burn the one WITHOUT the (#).

PS 2 dvd backup

OK, looked in the folder where i saved the global image, there is not a file with "#" at the end of it, all i have in the g image folder is:

Vice(11).gi - 2.00gig
Vice(12).gi - 2.00gig
Vice(13).gi - 359mb
Vice.gi - 1.48kb

If it is possible for me to back up this game through Nero, could somebody please xplain which way to set Nero up to work.

Many Thanx

Max

What Bighap means is that one of the gi's won't have a number after it. Out of the files that you have in your directory, use vice.gi.

Yes, you can use Nero to back up this game. I use both nero and primo DVD to back up dvd games. (I'll probably get somebody that asked me why) For the nero settings, all you do is make sure you choose your dvd recorder. Go to cd copy, in that window, change it from cd to DVD, select the drive you have the source dvd in and hit copy. That's it. Hope this helps.

Thanks orion. I thought (#) was specific enough. For some I guess not.

If it won't play Original DVD based games or backups of dvd based games, it sounds like the laser is on its way out....

You could try cleaning the laser with a cd cleaning disc (the ones with the little brushes on it) and see if that helps....
