Custom editing DC Games

I am wondering if anyone knows how to burn DC games if you have all of the files from a cd, but you don't want to work with images.

For example, i have a backup of marvel vs capcom 2 that works perfectly fine... and i extracted all of the music and changed it into new music (the char select music is REALLY ANNOYING)... but I do not know how to reburn the game so that it works.

So, what i need is either a cd image editor that will allow me to create an image of my original marvel vs capcom 2 cd, and then allow me to change files that are in the image, and then burn the image. I know there are programs that let you EXTRACT files from images, but i want to be able to PUT files INTO an image. Basically, the files have the exact same filename... they are just different versions of the file.

Basically, what i need is a cd image editor that will allow me to add files to a current image... or just instructions on how to burn a DC cd that will be readable by the dc given that I have all of the files off of the cd on my computer. It doesn't even have to be self boot.
