Talking Bah...

Ive tried everything....(even xxl and clone like war3zuk said)but no luck......I do however, have a sucessfully cloned disc from using the software he said.....BUT<----------When i install the game from this disc it will be only a demo<--------Only one track is available to race(Barcelona)and multiplay is not allowed.Try it for yourself.War3zuk may not be fibbin....Shit happens you know what im sayin! But ive tried 3 different burners with several types of software with no sucess.I use a plextor and also an acer cd-rw.I have however seen motoracer 3 available for download from an unnamed p2p program......yes i tried it and it works!!BUT!!<---it is version 1.0 and you cant apply the patch.NO MULTIPLAYER but the single player worked fine.

And by the way i also have a lite on 12x and no luck on it either...Always a demo..

First off all, xxl says nothing. If you mean ClonyXXL I tell you something: it only detects copy protections and has nothing to do with a working copy. CloneCD is clear. The burn speed doesn't matter. The liteon is bullshxx, mitsumi and liteon... throw their products away and buy a better one. What me seperates from all loosers are following points:
1st: I don't try to fool other people but you do
2nd: I own the original CD of every copy i have and i don't think you have the originals of your copies

Now I will ignore any other postings from you. I will not longer waste my time with you, your hardware and your lies.

Ok..let's see..this is for darksoul....and it's about codename outbreak...i have an english version of the game (which is distributed in Spain)...it's in english (don't know if US version or english) and when burning this game i found several things that are not as usual as safedisc is.First...no .tmp files are present so i believe this couldn't be safedic protected. In the other way there is a lot os errors when reading but not in the first 1000 sectors...they are distributed following a strange rate and only are in specific install files.
Second any safedisc protected game is read by my toshiba dvd in about 10 minutes (in the worst case) and this took about 30 minutes to proceed. In my plextor a safedisc protected game tooks something like but in this case....it was impossible to read the original or a backup of this game.
And finaly....installation of this game is quite peculiar..
to install about 300 mb it tooks in my dvd 10 minutes and it repeats a defined cycle of frezzing when installing.

I 've been burning i think a lot and never saw something like....this is not safedisc...i can asure it..

TIP: Original is without any scratches and seems to be perfect

Good luck!

Darksoul, the lite-ons aren't bad, they are the only and some few others that can do SD2.51 and so on. They can burn at full speed ahead!....I don;t know about mitsumi but Lite-ons are great! Don't just put something down bro...

Packer is absolutely right. The LiteOn's may not cost much, but they are damn good when it comes to SD2. I wish I had one. :-)

i forgot what we were talkign about at the beginning of this thread. can we all just agree that whoever said they copied moto racer 3 is a liar. if you dont agree with that, guess what i did. i invented gravity! how bout that? of course, like the moto racer guy, no specs, i just did. accept it.

also, remember, if you say you can do somethign that no one else with the same hardware can do, you are calling everyone with your hardware a liar. expect to get flamed if you cant support it.

@Lil Half Swell and Packer:
I had 3 drives of mitsumi and 2 drives of lite-on. The all died very early ( half a year up to 1 year). Ok, I use my hardware very extensive. I burn a lot of CDs in a week, read many CDs in hour and change very often the CDs... maybe this was the cause? But this shouldn't be the matter. BTW: Lite-On isn't the only cd-rom producer who's drives are able to copy the new SafeDisc version... Toshiba, BTC, Asus, etc. can do this too. Check it by yourself at the CCD homepage.

Until Tagès I could copy every copy protected CD... so don't believe I don't know what i am doing.

And now back to the topic of the thread...

So long,
DarkSoul

Yup i was right!!

Ok so check this out war3zuk.....i just read an article about tages and i want u to take a look................

"...TAGÈS is not a dongle or an authentication mark on the disk. On the other hand, TAGÈS is neither an encapsulation software nor an encryption algorithm. TAGÈS is not pure hardware, nor is it just software… It is both hardware and software. The TAGÈS protection system leverages two complementary approaches:

The first is based on a specific, patented mastering process that is used to physically distinguish the disks and to create a secure zone on the disk where data can be dissimulated. This secure zone can be read by any CD drive, but cannot be reproduced with a CD burner: it is just physically impossible.

The second approach makes use of a set of software components implementing the protection strategy and measures. These are based on cryptography techniques (you can see the data, but they appear meaningless unless you are in possession of the right deciphering key), on steganography (essential data are hidden so that you do not even know they exist, let alone where to start searching, unless someone told you), and on a dozen other techniques aimed at giving a hard time to the most gifted hackers, and at making a generic crack virtually impossible.

The result? Firstly, a disk protected with TAGÈS™ cannot be cloned, whatever CD burner you use, whatever CD-copy software you can find. Secondly, a disk protected with TAGÈS™ can be copied, and the copy will be functional…up to the point that is tolerated by the publisher. The idea here is to let the holder of an illicit copy have a "taste and smell" of the genuine application, so that he may be tempted to acquire the license by licit means. Thirdly, TAGÈS™ is the only protection system that is totally immune to generic patches. Even if someone succeeded in cracking one title protected with TAGÈS™, all other titles would still be safe..."

Now what you wanna say?
