Download and extract it somewhere. Open compress.bat with notepad. Change C:/* to your files directory. Close and save then open compress.bat.

Thank you! I've figured out, none compression:
for precomp040 is -c1
for precomp042 is -c-

I used KaOs repack files for packzip extraction test.
