Ok, I successfully added the last feature for 0.0.6 which is slideshow, you can add up 200 of these and each can have up to 25 images, running a couple of checkups then will be posting this thing, I think documentation will come at a later stage.

Hi Razor12911.
I was working on a setup for a game, and it worked... compiled and all. Setup ran fine, all the extracting. Then I decided to save my work as a template. Then when trying to make a new setup for another game using that template (All I do is change the AppName, some Background pictures and a little bit of text). I run it using just the "Run" option... it works fine. Though, when choosing "Build", I choose the directory and name the .exe... As soon as I click "Save" I get an error "Access violation at address 00007FFA13327F20 in module 'ntdll.dll'. Read of address 00000000FF7100D6". What do I do man? I mean I did buil a setup using my exact same template... as I said its only the AppName, pictures and some text that change.

I found the problem... its the Icon. My first game repack I made, the icon worked. Bjt the second game's Icon is exactly the same size in KB and in Resolution (16x16). But the second game still gives me that error that I said above. If I take the icon out, it builds the setup. What could be the problem.... I should add that even the second game's setup builds with any other icon...

sometimes icons do raise an error in asc, this only only happens if the count of pngs in a particular icon is one.

Those who want to play around before the beta is released, there is the unreleased 0.0.5. You might need to change location for this to English (United States) or just change decimal separator in your regional settings from a comma to a dot, at least for now you can be able to make a couple of templates then when beta comes out, you are ahead.

I also uploaded slideshow test. Move mouse around and see what happens, you can now design an installer bigger than form but once you move mouse around, the content is moved around so that user can see everything, anyways this feature is in 0.0.6 which I'm still working on.

thanks, forgot to mention, if you want to try out freearc with external compressors, add your additional files under deployment - setup resources, add arc.ini, cls and exe. Unarc.dll is already included and isdone.dll is not necessary, open help dialog for additional information.

Nice basic template is very simple. I will add close and cancel buttons. Disk space. And some info with memo like current file extract.

LOL Yes I dont know how to add those info like current file extracted or circular progress or animation to buttons or add shortcuts.

sweet, at least a couple of people are trying it out, 0.0.6 could have been posted sooner but optimization is something that is a major problem that i can't get around. Its kinda choppy if you start applying simple features on your design and its seriously now starting to give me a headache, you might notice that some features that were in 005 will no longer be in 006, like some effects, i had to remove them because they impact badly on startup speed and i'm a person of performance, which means it a bit faster but i still need remove other things to prevent setup from being choppy because it isn't suppose to be doing any of that, anyways, took a little vacation just to think of how I can overcome this issue. And people, keep designing...
