I have not test if it work, but try to add

[External compressor: precomp042]
header = 0
packcmd = precomp042 -intense0 -cn {options} -o$$arcpackedfile$$.tmp $$arcdatafile$$.tmp
unpackcmd = precomp042 -o$$arcdatafile$$.tmp -r $$arcpackedfile$$.tmp

in arc.ini of ISDone folder, then tell whats happen if you Install a Arc,Precomp(42) archive.

I used the Razor V2 compressor, as you can see in the screens below.

try to change Input name from {src}/Setup-1.arc to {src}\Setup-1.arc

Yes I changed, does not work, here only works SREP with LZMA Compression

Have you tried without ''-'' . So call .arc file 'Setup1.arc'? Or tried with another Converter?
And set jpg recompress to yes, also extract pcf...

SREP with LZMA Compression works normal, when I use precomp the error, you could use precomp this program?

I've never tried using precomp with GID (ex: -mprecomp+srep+delta+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d158m:fb273:mc10 00:lc8). On my 5 years old PC it takes too much time to try.

for best compression its better to use external compression, try to ask about tutorial Razor or Inge.

P.S. i start to work on new version of installer, completely different, and GID.
