Use xprecomp+srep+lzma. More than enough.

Why xtool lz4 can't detect lz4 streams on gears of war 4?
but lz4 scanner detects lz4 streams in this game.
Or I can't get xtool work.

it's not generic but specific , lz4 precompressor in xtool works on games that are either COD, or that use Unity, Frostbite and Dunia2 engine

Trying to compress Dark Souls Remastered with Xtool but when I put the game in pack folder and run pack.bat it starts for a second, detects 6000 files and correct size... then just crashes... any ideas? Tried Xtool 10 and 9 using default pack.bat (no changes made at all, just put the game into pack folder)

i done retesting xtool on large files dat far cry 5...
using xtool on multiple files at once like

File1=GAME\data_final\pc\worlds\farcry5.dat
File2=GAME\data_final\pc\patch.dat

seem to skip files (just copy)

using xtool on one file at time like

[Dunia2]
File1=GAME\data_final\pc\worlds\farcry5.dat

seem to work...

using xtool 0.9 with setting
packcmd = xtool.exe erecomp:t4,v,c32m:lz4 - - <stdin> <stdout>
