Optimal settings - -mtt1 -dtb1 -mc1023 -d128m -mt<number_of_your_physical_core> (for example -mt4). Logical threads not supported by lolz

Imho its "optimized" by default.You dont have to tweak it. But u can play with the MC switch AFAIK.
Thats more than enough.
