ico must have more than one png inside for it to be classified as an icon according to a function I use. Just make sure your icon comes with a range of sizes embedded in one. (Hint: when you open your icon using windows photo viewer, there must be left right arrows to show all png files the icon has). sizes must be a multiple of 16, can be 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, you can just use 1 png but make sure it is resized into many sizes and put together to make it an ico. Why is it that when you use reshacker, when you check rt_icons, you find many icons but when you check rt_icon_group you find a set of icons in one.

thnks Razor12911, i resolve the problem.
This is the png file.

The file on line converted fail to compilling in ASC. So i decide to use "Greenfish Icon Editor Pro"

when i made the convertion with "Greenfish Icon Editor Pro" with default settings the compilling fail again. Maybe nt.dll not support 16 and 256 colors.

So i decide to use 32-bit only

and Works

that is weird. Pes2016 game icon does have 16 colour, 256 colour png images in it. I extracted 1 32 bit image just to discard the 16, 256 colour then error because there was only one png in the ico file even if it was 32 bit image.

yes is weird i dont know why.Also my system language is spanish and the error is in english, i suspect the error is from ASC. but in 32-bit icons i dont have any trouble.

Me encountered the same nt.dll error...I was using 32-bit Icon with 6 layers...I tried even using 16-bit one...But all gave the same error...Then I removed all layers except one & it compiled...I think ASC only compiles Icons with single layer...

Hello razor. I'm sorry but I have to ask for help. I just can not figure out how to start the custom installation (type install components redist). In the "perform" checkbox what should I write because it connect with the custom installation? I thank you in advance and again my compliments.

^^Very nice, I'll try to get this compatible with 0.0.6.

@Lucas65
Under custom installation, add whatever needs to be done, after that, use the row number to determine the number you should use under perform, those are just for things like showing web link when someone clicks button or something related like restarting PC and etc.
