Do not quite understand the question.
I use the RealWorld Cursor Editor to create or edit cursors.
Can also create animated cursors .ani and rename the extension to .cur to work in CI or CIU.
Software is free.

thanks, but you dont understand the question. I already have a cursor but with 12x17 pixels dimmension, and the ciu automatically rezise to 32x32 and thats why looks like shit the cursor. Don't accept custom size cursors.

Anyway I already post the conversion and I use another cursor.

To create a cursor smaller, it would not be possible if you create an image of size 32x32 and leave most of it in the background?

no wont happen. its private & has been shared with the conversion makers on this forum, who have posted most of the conversions you find here. If you want it start making conversions with whats HAS been posted to use, ( earlier versions ) & once you've posted quite a few, then maybe he will share it with you. No use to keep asking for latest version as it wont happen.

Dudes, you need to post some conversions before requesting newest source.
CIU v2 will not even support internal installation.
i need to get sure, that you are working on your own and dont use existing scripts, then put your name on and publish somewhere else or even pirate games with those conversions

the old CIU is not limited. just the webpage feature doesnt exist.

-> no more uninstall files in installation folder
- reorganized setup with page titles
-> will have better looking installers
-> no more overlapping
- big title & Setup title added
- improved browse window
- improved system page
-> now it checks all requirement types
- improved launcher installation
- shadow disabled, therefore i added TextLeft, TextTop etc so you dont need to try 10 times to find the right position
- added subtitle support
- registry MOVED to Setup.ini
-> currently working on a tool which will easyly convert your reg files to Setup.ini registry info

-> will have repair & components support
-> also shows files which will get deleted
