Unzipping the pak-folders do **** if you have 1gb of ram - below it's worth a try.
Ah, btw - unzipping ****s up multiplay! So beware! ...and reinstall!

Unpacking Pak files definately helps
Well done Karlmueller unpacking those pak files seems to work, single player anyway! Haven't tried multiplayer yet!
And to 'Bounty Warrior', Doom 3 was released in Australia on the 3rd, I picked up my copy at 10am! Just to clear that up!
