problem patch sport jam!!!!!

i have a .cdi image file
I'have used discjuggler to make my own cd.
But the cd don't work (problem with pad)
On DCcopyworl, i've found a patch but it's necessary to have e .bin file......
But, cdrwin don't support a disc containning more than one session...
So, how apply the ppf patch.....
