nubee please have patience and help me

i have downloaded some file images but im unable to open any of them.my winzip says there unzipped but they wont open. also after i open them what next? need step by step anything will help. please

extract all archive files with winrar ...then you will have image cd format like .cdi or nrg

ok i can open file with winwar please what next? im not illiterate but this for me is very complicated. i need major guidance.i have a yamaha burner but i still cant burn a game.
