Does anyone have Echelon's BOXING.RAT patch file? Or his website??

I am trying to backup Ready 2 Rumble Round 2 and there is a BOXING.RAT file which is 758MB (NTSC) and I obviously have no way of making it smaller. XENA stated in another post that Echeclon has a patch which will downsample that file. Any ideas? I know that there are burnable ISO's floating around so I know it can be done. I would just rather do it myself than spend a week downloading it.

sorry dude, only info ive learned here bout downsamplin has been for afs, adx, and sfd files. dont seem that anyone know 2 much about downsamplin 'cept echelon. we need more convertor/downsampling tools/utils to make ripping easier. let me know if you figure it out
