911 First responders- crashes after into sequence
My 911 First responders plays the start up movie but then cuts back to windows when it should start the game.
Any advice anyone? Thanks

happens when using the original disk and original exe?
what os?, what video card?... more information helps, we aren't mind readers...

yes. Sorry, forgot these key details.
Win XP professional, ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO Are there any settings I can 'tweak'? Game starts fine. Watch all the intro but then it closes to windows.

you forgot...
does it work with the original disk and the original exe? (to see if the issue is crack related)
