Red Alert 2 No CD crack?

Does anyone know where I can find a No CD crack for Command and Conquer Red Alert 2 and its expansion Yuri's Revenge? I haven't been able to find one.

hmm tried using unsafedisc on it? or one of the safedisc unpacking tools? its an old safedisc version so should be ok... checked gcw, files aren't hosted there for it (too old i guess)....

Ok I went to http://gf.wiretarget.com/ and i got the red alert 2 crack working fine, but the yuri's revenge one i moved the gamemd.exe to the folder, but when I ran the patch it said: "Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."
What do I do about this?

You need to apply the crack after patching, otherwise the patcher won't be able to find the original exe to patch.

If I remember correctly, you need to:
a.install game
b.patch the game
c.install Yuri's Revenge
d.patch Yuri's Revenge
e.apply crack

Since this an old game so maybe can apply or maybe if offtopic

But those old cracks patchers used like in 2001/2002 and prior on games . I mean the ones that used to be a small patch that patched the original exe and add a few bytes on the file (like a wrapper or something kie that) I don't mean unsecurom or unsafedisk I mean this kind of no cd methods used in past by cracking groups (very rare now on games) used to be disgusting I can't speak from cracking experience since I am not a craker honestly or have some intention od being one

But I like now that the exe is already patched and don'ttneed to run some patcher to patch the original exe somes the crc in the file failed and you could not really know if the crack really worked ir you could be applying on an incorrent game language version other half assed ones have to be really on the game directiory and din't even have a proper search feature for the original exe or failed coz the file had read only attributes or some used to fail th crc think was fine and corrupt th exe (some used to made a backup others not

I don't know if that cracking patch method could better in some aspects in the past but I didn't like it

erm if the exe is protected (and updated from the patch), its considerably more than a 'few' bytes added, the whole thing is mostly different, due to the encryption used and so on.. most of the installers at that time checked the crc of the existing executable before updating it, if it didn't match.. then it wouldn't continue.. which is why we recommend to make the backup files of the exe's / files the cracks change before applying cracks, so the installers then work (after you rename the files back)....
