Mini-Image?

The following is the directions for SWKOTOR2 the sith lords, I used cd to dvd to put all 4 cds on 1 dvd patched them to 2.10.427 the last patch then used the no-cd crack and it didn't work so am trying the multipatch nocd/ fixed image and this is the instructions "* Install the game - Full Installation.
* Use an anti-blacklisting tool, like Pr0t.St0p v1.0, to avoid
blacklisting of DAEMON Tools.
* Mount the K2_SP_V_1_0_DSC_1.BWT Mini-Image in DAEMON Tools v4.08.
* Play the Game!"
My question is , how or where do I get the mini-image it requests. I have the original disks so that is no problem.

If you look above you will see the link for the mini-image click the disk icon next to File Archive.
