Pandora's Box

The problem i have with the game is that a friend of mine who knows little about computers wants to play it again but the cd (and i remark its original and bougth it when she bought her pc back in the late 90s) is all scrached and the instalation misses some critical files...
Those files are:

screens.rof
splash.png
statenu.dll
tricks.bmp
tricks.rtr

if some how i can get the files or someone has a image of the disk i'll be more than gratefull and i'll get some points with the girl XD
thanks anyway.

If you read the rules of the forum first, it would have pointed you towards Microsoft who publish it, contact them for a replacement disc.

No one here will supply you with any original files which are available from the original Disc, it is against our Forum Rules!

You have two options:
1. Do as Dab has suggested and contact Microsoft for a replacement disc. (They will charge you a small replacement fee upon proof of purchase).

2. Polish the disc yourself with Car Polish (Turtle Wax is supposed to be the best) or you can even polish it with toothpaste.
I have used toothpaste before to polish scratches from discs.
Rub the toothpaste softly over the scratches, it may take awhile depending on the severity of the scratches. Rub in the direction of the rings, not accross them.

Or you can take it to your local DVD rental shop, most of these have a Disc repair machine or can send it off to be repaired. This only costs a few dollars to have done, normally its about the price of renting a DVD movie.

But do not ask here again for original files!
