Guys I downloaded DoD: Source ocer the steam (with payed account), but when i downloaded I sow that my game are in .GCF format, and it could only be launch over the steam ??? Can I make steam indipendent game? I downloaded VTF exporter to open .GCF files and export files what I need. but only problem is that I don't know what should export . Can someone pls help me ???

1. Thread moved to "PC Games Backup"-Forum.
2. GameCopyWorld (& FileForums) is for cracking games so you don't need your original disc to play the game. With Steam you can play the game without any disc, so there is no need to "remove" steam. (Thread closed)
