King kong mir-pjkkpt patch

Has anyone used the mir-pjkkpt patch successfully??? I downloaded from the gamecopyworld and it's supposed to be a no-cd patch. I follow the steps as instructed but starforce still tells me to insert the cd in another drive. Not in the one made by daemon tools that is. Any ideas?

You can wait for a crack,or you can open your computer unplug your DVDROMS use DT4 and PLAY the game.
Its up to you.

Its not a patch. It just allows you to burn the starforce protected image to a few different brands of CD-R so you can make a working backup...

I know I can unplug my drivess and play but it's too much.
I think you are right XtremeX but it says "Mount the patched CD-Image and play". So I guessed it was a starforce removal tool or something. That would have been nice.
I'll wait for the crack then
