Call of Duty2 No CD Problem

Can't seem to get the No CD fix to work for Call of Duty2. I have replaced the original CoD2SP_s.exe file with the file download but when I try to start the game I get an error message. The error message says "Error during installation: Failed to initialze renderer: version mismatch. If I put the original CoD2SP_s.exe file back into the program and insert the CD, the game run fine. Any thoughts?

Wrong no-cd possibly ?

Hi mate, sounds like you may have the wrong no-cd for the game, search GCW to see if theres another one you can try. It needs to match the version you are using.

hope this helps.
