Action Replay/PSO help.

Hello. I just received my Action Replay for the GameCube in the mail today, but cannot seem to get the codes to work. I am attempting to get codes for Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II PLUS. My memory card got corrupt and this is for offline purposes only, as I do not support online game cheating. I put in the master code, then the other codes afterwards. I type in the characters, finish the line, go to 14th slot, hit "done" (repeat until at last line). At the last line, I will finish it, go to 14th slot (like before) and then go to an empty line to hit "done". I start my game, but the cheats are not active. If anyone can help me, or direct me to codes they know work, please do! Greatly appreciated!
