0. Download the FixedExePackage from GCW
1. Copy CD#2 to a TEMP folder
2. Copy CD#1 to the same folder with OVERWRITE THE files.
3. Make a \FixedExe path below TEMP folder and copy/unpack
the downloaded GCW's file
4. Write whole TEMP path (with sub-dirs) to a blank writable DVD
with volume label CC_DISC1 (maybe ANY name works, but I
tested ONLY with the CD#1's label...)
