does anybody know how to make GTASS mir image work?

i have gone searching all the Forums for anybody who knows how to make work the only Grand Theft Auto San Andreas MIR image that you can D/L here at GCW and nobody seems to know,maybe i have not searched well,can anybody please tell me how to make it work for sure,thanks in advance.

It doesnt work for me, and I havent seen anyone for who it works.

why then is it there to D/L,they should take it out if one cant use it.
